Welcome to Therapy Management Group!  We have provided quality pediatric therapy for the children of Nevada since 2009.   In the following years, we have grown to two early intervention offices in Las Vegas and Reno as well as providing pediatric outpatient therapy in Las Vegas.   In addition to offering the best possible therapeutic care for children, we stand as leaders on the latest and most effective therapy techniques to ensure our clients will thrive.

We offer professional development, peer mentoring, specialty team trainings, and opportunities to serve as a leader on special projects.   TMG works in collaboration with UNLV, Touro University, UNR, and Nevada State College to provide placement for students working on their career in pediatric therapy.
